Riverside Sports & Recreation Club invites sealed quotations from experienced tent/decorator vendors for tents and decorations for Riverside Sports & Recreation Club as per details given below:

| 1. | Nature of the services | Empanelled as one of the vendor to provide Tent & Decoration Services at Riverside Sports & Recreation Club, Mayur Vihar Phase-1 Extension, Delhi -110091 at the functions to be organized by Club’s Members and their guests. |
| 2. | Refundable Security Deposit | Rs.3,00,000/- (Rs. Three Lakhs only.) |
| 3. | Banquet Hall Capacity (1 No) | 70 persons (approx) |
| 4. | Open Area Capacity (2 Nos) | Adjourning Banquet hall – 150 persons Green Grass Garden – 70 Persons |
| 5. | Member’s Lounge Capacity (1 No) | 25-30 persons (approx) |
| 6. | Rate | To be provided in prescribed attached format. All future rate changes will be effective only after the club MC approval |
Note :- Commission payable to the Club by the Contractor. Details may be obtained from Club office between 11AM to 7 PM.
Interested parties/vendors with their detailed profile experience are requested to submit their offer latest by 01st October, 2025.
For better and cost effective services to its members and guest we will empanel 2 agencies and members would be free to engage one of the empanelled agency.
